About
Brynn Alise Schmidt is a nature and wildlife photographer focusing on conservation through single-frame images. Her goal is to draw the viewer into the scene in a realistic style so they feel like they were there with her in the moment. She believes this is a strong way to connect people to nature and generate passion for conservation. Her photography focuses on the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, the Rocky Mountains, and the beaches of CA and Maui, where she grew up and has strong connections. She lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband and has two college-aged sons.
Brynn is also a digital photographer and has sold over 65 1/1 pieces of photography and over 200 editions of six images. You can find her work on SuperRare, OpenSea, and Foundation
She has also volunteered in the past with Nature First, the Sierra Club, and has donated her photography to media outlets and websites who write to promote conservation. From the sales of her wildlife digital art collection, “Balance in Nature”, Brynn donated over $12,000 to the Western Environmental Law Center and the Center for Biological Diversity who both work to protect threatened and endangered species and habitats in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, where she spends most of her time. Brynn was also an adventure and conservation writer for the Outbound Collective and you can find her articles here
